Data Protection Notice - Dom Interactive

Data Protection Notice

Last updated: May 1, 2026

This notice explains how DOM Interactive handles personal data collected through this website and its AI-powered conversation and brief interface. DOM is based in Turkey; Turkish data protection law may apply where relevant. If DOM specifically targets or monitors people in the European Economic Area, GDPR obligations may also become relevant.

Data controller

For the purposes of this notice, the data controller is Dom Interactive. You can contact us at dom@dominteractive.com. Registered company, tax and postal address details should be added once finalized.

Personal data we process

Depending on how you use the site, we may process your name, company, email address, sector, brief or message content, conversation summary, preferred language, source/UTM details and limited technical records. Source details may include UTM parameters, referrer, landing page, first visit time and browser language.

If voice interaction is enabled, raw audio is not stored by default. Voice input may be converted into text to operate the service, and persistent records are created only when you submit a brief or contact request after seeing the notice and giving consent where required.

Purposes

We use this information to receive and respond to your request, forward your brief to the DOM creative team, suggest relevant work or services, improve the site experience, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations and, if you consent, send occasional marketing updates.

Legal basis

Where Turkish law applies, processing may be based on contract-related necessity, legitimate interest, establishment or protection of a right, legal obligations and, where required, explicit consent. Marketing communication and non-essential cookies are handled through separate preference or consent mechanisms.

Sharing and transfers

Your data may be shared with technical providers that support hosting, database, email notification, media delivery, security and AI services, only as needed for those services. These may include Hostinger, Airtable, OpenAI, Cloudinary, Vimeo, Resend or similar providers. International transfers should be handled under the applicable legal mechanisms.

Retention

Contact and brief records are kept for a reasonable period considering the request, possible business relationship and legal obligations. Marketing communication stops when consent is withdrawn. When the retention purpose no longer exists, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Your rights

You may request information, correction, deletion, restriction where applicable, withdrawal of marketing consent or other rights available under applicable data protection laws by contacting dom@dominteractive.com. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before responding.
