Privacy Notice

Last updated: May 1, 2026

This privacy notice explains what data is processed when you visit the Dom Interactive website, use the AI-powered panel or submit a brief/contact request.

Information we collect

When you browse the site, limited information such as technical logs, browser language, approximate visit time, referring page and cookie preferences may be processed. When you use the AI panel, your message content is used temporarily to generate a response. When you submit a brief or contact details, we may save your name, company, email address, sector, request summary, conversation summary and source/UTM information.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, suggest relevant DOM work or services, allow the creative team to review your brief, improve the website experience, maintain security, meet legal obligations and, if you consent, send marketing communication.

AI panel

The AI panel helps visitors navigate DOM's work, services and contact details without using a traditional menu. You do not need to provide personal information for general question and answer use. Persistent personal data is recorded only during the brief/contact stage, after the relevant notice is shown and the required checkbox is selected by you.

Source tracking

We may store UTM parameters, referrer, landing page and first visit time to understand where a request came from. These details are added to the lead record when you submit a brief and are not intended for fingerprinting or unnecessary tracking.

Cookies

Necessary cookies are used for the site to work. Analytics and marketing cookies will be used according to your preference or consent once the related mechanism is enabled. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.

Third-party services

The site may use providers such as Hostinger, Airtable, OpenAI, Cloudinary, Vimeo, Resend or similar services for hosting, content systems, AI processing, media delivery and email notifications. These providers process only the data needed to provide their services. Some may be located outside Turkey or your country of residence.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. API keys and private credentials are kept server-side and are not sent to the browser.

Your rights and contact

To request information, correction, deletion, withdrawal of marketing consent or other applicable data protection rights, contact dom@dominteractive.com.
